Aseptic Compounding Specialist

ITH Pharma is seeking an experienced Aseptic Compounding Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key supplier of acute, critical compounded medicines, the company operates on a reactive basis, ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it most. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality of final products, contributing directly to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements for GMP cleanrooms and general facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Design and develop industry-leading equipment.

Salary and Benefits: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan, ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in aseptic compounding environment.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and industry standards.
