We are seeking a skilled Precision Compounding Specialist to join our team at Fagron GmbH & CO. KG.
About the RoleIn this crucial position, you will be responsible for accuracy checking all prescriptions daily to ensure a safe and effective Pharmaceutical Compounding Service in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council Regulations and Guidance for Registered Pharmacies preparing Unlicensed Medicines.
All activities are undertaken under Section 10 of the Medicines Act 1968.
Key Responsibilities- Prescription Accuracy Checking: Conduct thorough checks on prescriptions to guarantee accurate dispensing.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Senior Pharmacists to ensure all compounded preparations meet quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to COSHH regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members and champion high-quality practices throughout the pharmacy.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvements, risk assessments, and change control initiatives.
- GPhC-registered Technician: Hold current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with doctors, patients, and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Show flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the company.
€45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
