About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Process Specialist to join our team at TLA Group.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload, staff skill mix, and stock ordering, as well as training and line management of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of workload to ensure efficient and effective service
- Staff skill mix/rota organisation
- Stock ordering and control
- Training and line management of staff
- Management of quality assurance process such as monitoring, cleaning, quality exceptions, change controls, document update and control
- Checking process e.g. worksheets, assembly
Requirements:
- Senior knowledge and experience of aseptic manipulation and processes within the preparation of an aseptic product
- Experience in cytotoxic manufacture
- Professional technician and role model to junior staff
- Recent evidence of skills required
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave
