We are seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Process Specialist to join our team at TLA Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload, staff skill mix, and stock ordering, as well as training and line management of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of workload to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Staff skill mix/rota organisation
  • Stock ordering and control
  • Training and line management of staff
  • Management of quality assurance process such as monitoring, cleaning, quality exceptions, change controls, document update and control
  • Checking process e.g. worksheets, assembly

Requirements:

  • Senior knowledge and experience of aseptic manipulation and processes within the preparation of an aseptic product
  • Experience in cytotoxic manufacture
  • Professional technician and role model to junior staff
  • Recent evidence of skills required

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
