About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Aseptic Services team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Cleanroom Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our cleanroom facilities and contributing to the development of our pharmacy aseptic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and ensure effectiveness of the training and professional development of technical staff.
  • Maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) systems.
  • Review and revise documentation within Aseptic Services to ensure compliance with current directives relating to cGMP and Health and Safety.
  • Deputise for management staff concerning day-to-day operations and quality management.
Requirements
  • NVQ Pharmacy Services Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Training and/or Quality Management qualification or course.
  • Significant knowledge of cGMP, Pharmaceutical Quality Systems and regulations/legislation relevant to Aseptic Services.
  • Experience in quality management processes such as deviations, change controls, and/or CAPA.
