We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to support the Alumni society of the Collegiate School in Bristol. The successful candidate will work closely with the Alumni President and maintain strong links with the school, via the Head and other senior colleagues.

The role involves building upon and further developing this excellent network of former pupils, providing social opportunities for Alumni to meet and finding ways to support the school's current and former students as well as the wider community.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, strengthening and expanding links between various stakeholders, bringing energy to the role and having the ability to see tasks through to completion.

The hours for this role are offered as part time, working 22.5 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly in the week and 38 weeks per year, normally including the 35 weeks of term time, with some flexibility here also.

You will receive a pro-rata salary based on £30,200 FTE, which equates to approximately £15,167 per annum. Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year pro-rata, lunch during term time, free parking on site, a defined contribution pension scheme and staff remission on school fees in accordance with the staff remission policy.
