About the Team

Baylor Scott & White Health is a healthcare system committed to improving the health of those we serve, and we are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Data Scientist to join our team. This role offers a salary of $125,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

In this position, you will play a key role in elevating how individuals experience our digital assets and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing analyses and data products that yield valuable insights to stakeholders, and interpreting complex data and associated deliverables in plain business language for executive & clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Clinical or other similar degree, and at least 5 years of experience in data manipulation, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.
