The Role
  • Demonstrate exceptional entrepreneurial skills across core markets, including marketplaces, ecommerce, payroll, and pensions, with a focus on Europe and soon expanding to Canada and the US.
  • Develop business development and consultative selling strategies to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal sales development resources to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales teams, shared support services, and external partners to expand Navro's global presence.
  • Stay informed about daily B2B payment commentary, industry trends, and future predictions through various subscriptions and sources.
  • Analyze data to monitor account performance, understanding key drivers, learnings, and trends to inform future growth.
  • Possess a minimum 10-year track record of success as a new business hunter within Fintech, ideally with experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-year contracts exceeding seven figures.
  • Develop and execute profitable pricing strategies while maintaining a robust network of contacts and a deep understanding of collections, FX, and pay-outs.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to develop profitable pricing strategies and maintain professionalism.
  • You will enjoy 26 days of annual leave (excluding Bank holidays).

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
