School Learning Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in Clapham, London. This is a full-time temporary position with immediate start availability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the continuity of education by supervising classes in the absence of regular teachers, maintaining a positive learning environment, and managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, following the school's behavior management policies.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and progress.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  2. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
  3. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with young people.
  4. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one prior to starting).
