We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of After School Programme Coordinator at Learning Hive. In this position, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality academic support to students through our after-school tuition programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement the daily supervision of the Learning Hive programme, providing a safe, stimulating environment for students.
  • Work closely with schools and Learning Hive to promote the wellbeing of children and achieve programme objectives.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and practices that align with Learning Hive's ethos.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the programme, including managing tutors and maintaining high standards throughout.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A good standard of general education and previous experience working with children in an educational setting are essential requirements.
