Job Overview

Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills and qualifications in supporting students with SEN, with the ability to adapt to different learning situations. You will work closely with the teaching staff to identify areas where students need additional support and develop strategies to improve their academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting teachers in developing and delivering lesson plans
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Providing individualized support to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
  • Experience working with students with SEN (desired)
  • Qualifications in education or a related field (desired)

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £93.76 - £122.24 per day, based on national averages and location.
