SEN Teaching Assistant Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students with SEN, working closely with teachers to develop effective teaching strategies and creating a nurturing environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons and assessments to students with SEN.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
- Providing pastoral support to students, including managing behavior and promoting emotional well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN setting.
- A valid UK driver's licence and access to a car due to the location of the school.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 per annum.
