Job Details

The Progress Group is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team in High Wycombe. This role involves supporting students with special educational needs and developing inclusive learning strategies.

About Us

The Progress Group is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools, part of The Progress Group. We support approximately 20 pupils on roll, providing ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing environment.

Job Requirements

Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards itDegree in a Relevant Teaching Subject or equivalent for SENSpecial Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate or Patoss AAA Course CompletionTeaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, minimum grade 4/C or higher

Responsibilities

Support students with special educational needs and disabilitiesDevelop and implement individualized education plansWork collaboratively with colleagues to develop inclusive learning strategiesFoster a love for learning and encourage students to think creatively
