Offshore Logistics Coordinator

Cammach Bryant is seeking a highly skilled Crewing Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. This is a 12-month fixed-term position that offers hybrid working.
Job Summary
The Crewing Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day service delivery of planning and execution of all personnel logistics operations relating to assigned vessels. This includes mobilization and demobilization of personnel for offshore worksites, ensuring compliance with national, international, and company-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manning assigned vessels with qualified, certificated, and medically fit offshore workers, adhering to extensive certification requirements for Divers and Marine personnel.
- Closely liaising with external travel companies to select the best travel options and ensure personnel have the necessary documentation, visas, and work permits.
- Providing valid travel information to personnel in good time prior to traveling.
- Liaising with onshore and offshore vessel management to plan and agree personnel movements and crew changes.
- Maintaining reliable scheduling and mobilization/demobilization information in the MAPS personnel planning system.
- Liaising with Crewing Planners and Recruitment on personnel sourcing.
- Raising call-offs, hire forms, and certification check forms as required.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues related to assigned vessels.
- Liaising with shipping agents and company country management to arrange personnel transfers and in-country services.
- Ensuring Kick-off Documents and Vessel Activity Briefs are kept updated.
- Maintaining Vessel POB to ensure it is up-to-date.
Requirements
- Understanding of the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, including mobilization and travel processes for international offshore worksites.
- Working knowledge of competencies/training required for offshore roles.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to tasks, with effective planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with personnel at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of IT applications, including MS Office Suite and database systems.
- Good administrative background and experience.
