Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in gardening activities, including plant care, propagation, and harvesting
  • Developing practical skills through training programs and on-the-job experience
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve garden maintenance goals

About the Team:

The team led by the Head Gardener fosters an informal yet highly credible training environment, nurturing future gardeners. Emphasis is placed on developing practical skills, learning throughout the season, and consolidating knowledge through written journals, courses, and work experiences.

Salary Information:

Estimated annual salary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending on location and experience.
