Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £70k per annum

About the Role:

Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process changes
  • Measure and analyze process performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving business results
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
