Job Title: FP&A Managing Principal

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Managing Principal to lead our end-to-end Planning and Consolidation engagements in SAP Technologies. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale FP&A projects, driving commercial success, and cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale FP&A projects from a delivery perspective, including full lifecycle project management.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial planning and analysis solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP BPC, SAC, and Group Reporting.
  • Drive commercial success by identifying opportunities to maximize value for clients and Decision Inc.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of FP&A.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a strong focus on delivering large-scale FP&A projects.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end FP&A projects, including full lifecycle project management.
  • Expertise in SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, or SAP Group Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, capable of contributing to bids, preparing proposals, and driving opportunities to maximize value for both clients and Decision Inc.
