### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process weekly payroll and associated tasks with precision and attention to detail
* Liaise with Sales and Legal teams to ensure accurate completion statements are issued to customers in a timely manner
* Assist in the production of month-end returns for Head Office
* Prepare and process month-end journals
* Provide daily cash flow forecasts for Treasury
* Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist in the preparation of tax packs
* Run the monthly VAT Return
* Support the Finance Director and Finance Manager by providing financial information in an efficient and timely manner

### Requirements

* Strong proven experience in payroll processing
* Good understanding of PAYE, SMP, SSP legislation
* Sound working knowledge of SD Worx MyHR system
* Proven experience in working in an accounts environment
