Payroll Administrator

We are currently looking for someone positive and motivated to expand our small, friendly payroll team. The role will be 3 days per week, preferably working Monday, Thursday and Friday.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Processing and maintaining employee benefit data
- Liaising with benefits providers to resolve queries
- Facilitating with team to compile year end data and P11D completion
- Reporting updates to company cars to HMRC and maintaining spreadsheet
- Maintaining accurate data logs for tax reporting to HMRC
- Ad hoc payroll reporting
- Providing excellent customer service at all times whether to employees or external bodies
- Adhering to company service standards
**Competencies - Qualifications**:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including ability to use vlookup and other formulas and produce pivot tables
- Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Encouraging working attitude and desire to put forward ideas and implement positive changes to working practices as required
- Flexible to suit the needs of the business
- Previous experience or knowledge of payroll and benefits would be an advantage
