About the Role

We're at an exciting inflection point, pivoting from a sales-led to a product-first go-to-market motion. To drive adoption and foster a thriving user community, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Leader who can partner with our CEO, Head of Product, and Customer Success leader to shape the company's future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to craft and implement a product-led go-to-market strategy, balancing community engagement with enterprise revenue growth.
  • Design and Scale Sales Processes: Develop and refine scalable sales processes that support product-led growth and enterprise growth, defining metrics and KPIs to track success and optimize performance.
  • Drive Enterprise Sales: Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers, maintaining existing revenue streams while aligning enterprise sales efforts with product-driven growth initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Performance manage and develop the current sales team.
  • Metrics and Accountability: Leverage data to drive decisions and track sales performance and product adoption, ensuring we meet growth objectives.
