Sales and Revenue Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Store Manager with a passion for luxury fashion retail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales and revenue growth. They will have a strong background in the premium retail sector and a solid understanding of the luxury market.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising turnover and exceeding sales targets
- Managing and motivating a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results
- Driving sales through strong leadership and effective merchandising strategies
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of brand awareness
- Monitoring local competitors and staying up-to-date with current market trends
Requirements include:
- Proven sales and revenue growth experience in a luxury fashion retail environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
- A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge, with a passion for luxury fashion retail
