Renovation Sales Growth Leader

As we scale from a start-up to a European enterprise, our sales teams need to adapt to high growth plans and establish strong channels for success. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales leader with experience in scaling sales teams and developing innovative sales approaches.
About the Role- Lead a team of high-performing sales professionals to reach and exceed targets aligned with our ambitious growth plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and objectives, while conducting regular reviews and providing coaching.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify solutions that enhance sales conversion rates and drive changes across multi-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine lead sourcing and partnership strategies, ensuring high-quality leads for our sales teams.
- Work with operations teams to streamline project handovers, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Establish efficient processes, reporting, and platforms to drive improved conversion rates in our sales processes, leading cross-functional projects to achieve these improvements.
- Support the COO on various initiatives, including growth and channel expansion, proposition development, sales resource forecasting, pricing, and efficiency enhancements.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading sales teams, with at least 2 years in management roles within tech-enabled businesses.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making, extracting actionable insights to improve operations, and thinking holistically about impact and roll-outs.
- Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing sales cultures centered around exceeding targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills to understand complex business needs and implement effective solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing challenging conversations, coaching leaders, and communicating initiatives across teams.
Competitive salary ( £80,000 - £120,000 per annum), subject to experience, and share options giving you a stake in the company's success.
