About the Role

The Assistant Store Director will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock control, store procedures, and team performance
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets, develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers

You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, managing teams presence around the store and influencing the sales space. A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail are essential qualities for this role.
