Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Performance Manager to lead our site resources and costs to optimize capability and profitability. The successful candidate will actively manage work provider and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance to company processes and current Health & Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards.

The role involves delivering structured individual performance management processes, previous automotive experience is essential. We offer an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

* Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgeted requirements
* Manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability
* Actively manage work provider and supplier relationships
* Manage compliance to all company processes as well as current Health & Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards
* Deliver structured individual performance management processes

Requirements

* Previous Automotive experience either on or off the tools is essential
* Delivery of proactive performance management
* Staff recruitment and current HR policies
