As a Senior Call Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of 12-15 call centre agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including performance metrics and team activity.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
