About the Role

We are collaborating with a well-established Cambridgeshire-based manufacturer with over two decades of industry experience in the supply of products to the consumer and B2B construction market. They seek an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts in the Southwest region, stretching from Wales through Gloucestershire and Berkshire to the South West coast, Jersey, and Guernsey.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regional sales in a comparable sector, such as KBB, construction, electrical, or plumbing, with a demonstrable history of achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, spotting opportunities to maximise sales, and limiting any loss of market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Southwest region
  • Spot opportunities to maximise sales and limit market share loss
  • Work closely with the internal sales and customer service function to ensure account growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
