Regional Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in a specific geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture client relationships to understand market dynamics and effectively position products to maximise sales revenue.
- Attend sales appointments, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the market.
- Create self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities.
- Work with the Sales Support and Installs teams to ensure sales are processed to completion.
- Conduct necessary market research to meet and exceed customer demands.
- Collaborate with the UK field sales team to offer advice and support to peers as appropriate.
- An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales.
- Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
- A strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
