We are looking for an experienced Early Intervention Professional to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing specialist clinical skills and providing high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver early intervention group and individual interventions to children and young people
  • To assess and manage risk, and provide support and advice to patients and their families
  • To contribute to the development of clinical practice and service improvement initiatives

Salary: £35,745 - £43,041 per annum

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in professional qualification equivalent to RMN, registered social worker, occupational therapist, or equivalent AHP
  • Professional registration with the HCPC/NMC or equivalent
