About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Tessenderlo Group. As an Internal Sales Person, you will be an integral part of our local team, responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to our customer base, introducing new products, discussing promotions, and identifying opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our range of civils and drainage products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs, offering solutions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales Performance: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's growth and success.
