Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Rehab Team in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in mental health with some experience in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
