Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a qualified Teen Behavioral Health Specialist to join our dynamic team at Crisis Connections, Inc.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and their families. As a specialist, you will provide assessment, intervention, and treatment services to help teens overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Your expertise will be valued as you work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. In this role, you will also contribute to the growth and development of our program by participating in quality improvement initiatives and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Deliver high-quality behavioral health services to adolescents and their families, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Participate in regular case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience
