About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mental Health Support Practitioner to join our team at Penumbra. As a key member of our team, you will deliver a range of supportive interventions to people seeking mental health, wellbeing, or distress support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver relational signposting, 1:1 coaching, and specialized distress management planning to individuals in need.
  2. Develop and deliver workshops on wellbeing to promote healthy living and coping strategies.
  3. Actively seek opportunities to promote the service to all communities across the city, drawing on your local knowledge and strong communication skills.
  4. Promote self-management and opportunities for improved health and wellbeing through shared learning and information exchange.
