Job SummaryThis role requires a skilled and caring individual who can work effectively as part of a team to support students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies, and a patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to supporting students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the teaching team to provide individualised or small group support to students.
- Maintain a well-organised, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring effective communication with the teaching team.
