About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker and contribute to our mission of empowering vulnerable individuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our support services, working closely with our team to ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with vulnerable individuals, including those involved in sex work, to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Providing information, advice, and advocacy to help them access relevant services and resources.
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver our support services and ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be empathetic, flexible, and respectful, with a strong ability to understand and support those experiencing trauma. You will also need to have excellent verbal, written, and IT skills, as well as good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to apply these to your work.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive, inclusive, and resolution-driven work environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.
