Critical Care Nurse Leader

At East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a forward-thinking critical care environment, delivering high standards of holistic care.

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical leadership experience, expert skills in caring for both Level 2 and Level 3 patients, and a Degree or equivalent level of education and experience. As a dynamic and supportive team player, you will be committed to audit, research, and professional development, providing a dynamic environment conducive to gaining additional knowledge and skills.
