We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care and Emergency Department Nurse Manager to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Position:

  • Salary: £48,620 - £56,962 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years recent post-registration experience with 1 year recent Emergency Department experience
  • Effective use of research and implementation of evidence-based practice

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of nurses in the Emergency Department
  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, prioritizing treatment and delivering high-quality care
  • To maintain and develop skills by working on other sites within the Trust
