Employee Engagement Manager

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to join our team in UK. As a key member of our people function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
You will create and execute engaging content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, company-wide announcements, and other digital communications.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices, as well as excellent writing and project management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes pension scheme, life assurance, and private health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that drive employee engagement and retention
- Create and execute engaging content across multiple channels, including email, intranet, and social media
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of employee engagement initiatives
