Role Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our busy HR department, you will provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business, managing complex employee relations issues and supporting change management projects. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, play an active role in absence management, and support employee engagement projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
* Support with any change management projects
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Play an active role in absence management
* Support employee engagement projects
* Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet individual and business needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven background in a similar position, with experience in providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. You will be able to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
