About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Devon Lodge, a 12-bed specialist residential care home. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
