**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at COMO The Halkin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the front desk department on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating your genuine passion for guest service and maintaining our excellent surprise and delight culture.
  • Assess guest issues and take prompt action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee handling of special room requests, accommodation needs, and billing instructions.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments and keep Front Office employees informed of relevant issues.

Requirements:

  • Background in luxury hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience supervising a team is critical.
  • A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
