Luxury Hotel Front of House Manager

A high-performing and dedicated Front of House Manager is sought to join the Maybourne Group team. Reporting directly to senior management, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to discerning guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Front of House staff to provide world-class service to guests.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction levels through regular feedback and quality control checks.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent salary package (£65,000 - £80,000 per annum).
