Our client, a prominent technology firm in the augmented reality gaming sector, is on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Country Marketing Lead in the United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with formulating and implementing innovative marketing initiatives for our client's real-world augmented reality mobile games. This position perfectly marries creativity with analytical skills as you work alongside a dedicated team to launch campaigns, attract new players, boost retention, and enhance overall player satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop local content and campaigns, including blog articles, newsletters, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate with the regional social media manager to create impactful social media campaigns.
  • Oversee the localization of global content for the country.
  • Manage and expand the player community by collecting feedback and implementing community-driven initiatives.
  • Organize and execute engaging events and meetups in partnership with the Live-events team.
  • Enhance user acquisition through performance marketing and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and key business partners.
  • Work closely with IP owners and internal teams to align on major marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mobile industry, particularly in partner development and management.
  • Strong understanding of gaming communities.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and a collaborative team player.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and an awareness of social media trends.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for gaming.
  • Experience working with international IPs and adhering to strict brand guidelines.
  • Proven experience in front of a camera and live streaming.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in French or German.
