Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth and profitability in the Transport market
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services to clients
  • Collaborate with global Transport colleagues and other markets to drive synergies and growth
  • Accountable for local business development plans, including key client plans, sector plans, and BD budgets
  • Lead on growth initiatives, development of new technical solutions, and discipline business planning
  • Contribute to and lead on strategic process improvements in collaboration with the Transport leadership team
  • Represent Ramboll Transport in trade and industry associations in the UK
  • Chair the UK and Ireland Transport leadership meeting to review performance, clients, markets, projects, and opportunities

  • Established network and in-depth insight into the UK and Ireland Transport market
  • Solid commercial background within Transport and the UK environment
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills and high-level proficiency in English
