Front of House Team Member

We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Premier Inn in Chessington. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with a guaranteed contract and no zero-hours contracts. You'll work a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends, with start times from 06:00am and 17:00pm.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Make a positive impact on our guests' stay, whether it's serving a meal, making a cocktail, or simply being a friendly face.
