Financial Transactions Administrator

We have an open procurement administration job for an experienced professional to join our team based in North Kent.
Main Tasks:- Manage European suppliers to guarantee accuracy in purchase orders and timely payments.
- Acquire proof of delivery and copies of invoices from suppliers.
- Evaluate if payment terms are being followed, taking action to prevent late fines as outlined in existing contracts.
- Raise and review payment approvals, preparing and sending monthly payments in different currencies.
- Handle credit card expenses and reconcile supplier account statements.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues efficiently and according to our guidelines.
- Proven expertise in procurement and accounts payable, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in managing international financial transactions.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- 25 days paid annual leave and bank holidays.
