Procurement Administration Job Opportunity

We have an open procurement administration job for an experienced professional to join our team based in North Kent.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage European suppliers to guarantee accuracy in purchase orders and timely payments.
  • Acquire proof of delivery and copies of invoices from suppliers.
  • Evaluate if payment terms are being followed, taking action to prevent late fines as outlined in existing contracts.
  • Raise and review payment approvals, preparing and sending monthly payments in different currencies.
  • Handle credit card expenses and reconcile supplier account statements.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues efficiently and according to our guidelines.
Required Skills:
  • Proven expertise in procurement and accounts payable, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency in managing international financial transactions.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
