About the Role

As a key member of Capgemini's Oracle Retail Consulting team, you will play a vital role in assisting the Oracle Retail Team in delivering high-quality solutions to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and leading small projects to drive business value.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers.
  • Design innovative solutions that drive business benefit using base functionality.
  • Plan and configure product solutions, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture and technical background on Oracle Retail MOM suite. You must have recent experience as a Solution Architect or similar and experience in development/support in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell script, Oracle Forms, and ADF (optional). Additionally, you must have experience in Oracle Retail of v16 to v25 and production support experience in a minimum of two of the following modules—RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/SIM.
