Manufacturing Engineer Graduate Program: Redefining Excellence

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our dynamic team in Clevedon, just a half-hour from the vibrant city of Bristol. As a Manufacturing Engineer Graduate, you will embark on a two-year rotational development program, working across various functions and teams within our Clevedon facility.

The Role- You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Team/Early Careers Specialist and work closely with senior staff to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, introducing new tooling to improve operator quality, designing factory layouts, and performing modeling, design, or implementation activities.
- As part of our graduate scheme, you will spend 2 years on a series of placements across operational functions, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical, commercial, and consultancy skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or a relevant discipline.
