About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Deputy General Manager Healthcare to support the delivery of high-quality care in our care homes. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You should have experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

As a Deputy General Manager Healthcare, you will set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that achieve your goals. You will lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
