Contingency Planning Deputy Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Willis Towers Watson team as a Contingency Planning Deputy Leader. You will be responsible for supporting the management of a team that provides operational and problem-solving expertise within the CEM framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Line Management in managing the UK-based K&R billing team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client documentation.
- Apply business unit policies and procedures, explaining where necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify the accuracy of data loaded into relevant WTW systems, maintaining timeliness in submissions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on new clients, markets, and third parties, ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to review and resolve technical questions from clients, markets, and colleagues.
- Participate in revenue tracking and processing, working closely with the Business Unit.
- Foster effective communication with Xchanging and Facilities teams on submission queries.
Competencies Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Estimated Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
