Care Home Senior Manager

As a Deputy General Manager Clinical, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality care to residents. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, helping with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. This means leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone with strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
- Experience: Experience in helping residents with different health needs and managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing teams
