About the Role

Zenith, a leading media investment agency, is seeking an experienced AV Investment Director to drive strategic growth and media excellence for our prestigious clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative AV investment strategies that deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Activation: Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-notch activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema, ensuring best-in-class strategies and executions.
  • New Business Development: Collaborate with new business teams to craft compelling AV strategies and presentations, contributing to winning new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Value Optimization: Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities for clients, maximizing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client/AV finance processes, along with confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
  • Experience in the retail sector will be advantageous.
  • Strong team management skills, including objective setting and development conversations.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
